User Agreement

Effective date: June 11, 2026

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Lizh AI ("Lizh AI", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, account services, API gateway, billing features, model marketplace, and related support channels. By creating an account, signing in with a third-party provider, purchasing credits, generating an API key, or using our API services, you agree to this Agreement.

Company Information

The service is operated by LYCHEE AI LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong.

Registered address:
UNIT 2904-05, 29/F, UNIVERSAL TRADE CENTRE,

Payments, Subscriptions, and Renewal Management

Lizh AI may provide prepaid top-ups, one-time purchases, and subscription plans. For prepaid top-ups and one-time purchases, users pay in advance and receive account balance, credits, or service access according to the selected product.

If a subscription plan is enabled, the subscription price, billing cycle, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan until the subscription is cancelled.

Users may manage or cancel active subscriptions through the account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected]. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges, but does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed unless required by law or expressly stated by Lizh AI.

1. Service Overview

Lizh AI provides an AI model API marketplace and OpenAI-compatible API gateway that allows users to access multiple AI models and providers through a unified account, billing, and API interface. Available models, providers, capabilities, prices, latency, rate limits, and output quality may change over time.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally able to enter into this Agreement and use the service in compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, OAuth login access, API keys, vouchers, and any activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Third-Party Sign-In

We may allow sign-in or account binding through third-party services such as Google, GitHub, or Discord. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We may use third-party account identifiers, email addresses, display names, profile photos, and related authentication metadata to create, secure, and manage your Lizh AI account.

Google Sign-In is used only for authentication and account management. We do not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising.

4. API Keys and Developer Use

API keys are credentials for accessing paid or metered services. You must not publish, sell, share, or expose your API keys. You are responsible for all usage, charges, and consequences arising from your API keys, including usage by your applications, employees, contractors, customers, or automated systems.

5. Billing, Credits, and Pricing

Lizh AI may charge based on tokens, requests, model type, image or video generation, subscription plans, account group, promotional vouchers, or other metering rules. Pricing shown on public pages may be approximate and is for reference only. Actual charges are determined by your account group, billing configuration, active model rules, and settlement records at the time of usage.

Credits, vouchers, and prepaid balances are generally non-transferable and may expire or be restricted according to the rules shown at purchase, issuance, or redemption. Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once credits are delivered or API usage has occurred.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lizh AI to:

  • violate applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights;
  • generate, distribute, or facilitate malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, or platform abuse;
  • attempt unauthorized access, scraping, overload, reverse engineering, or disruption of our systems or upstream providers;
  • submit content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, or intended to cause real-world harm;
  • misrepresent AI-generated content as human-generated where disclosure is legally or contractually required;
  • resell or repackage the service in a way that violates this Agreement, provider rules, or applicable law.

7. Third-Party Models and Providers

Some API requests may be processed by third-party AI model providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics providers, authentication providers, or security vendors. We do not control third-party model behavior and do not guarantee that model outputs will be accurate, complete, safe, available, original, or suitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and lawfully using all outputs.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, rate limit, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service, including models, endpoints, pricing, account groups, payment options, and features. We may perform maintenance or respond to abuse, security risks, provider outages, legal obligations, or operational issues without prior notice.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, API keys, access, credits, or orders if we reasonably believe that you violated this Agreement, created security or legal risk, abused the service, caused payment disputes or fraud risk, or used the service in a way that may harm Lizh AI, other users, or third-party providers.

10. Intellectual Property

Lizh AI and its website, software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and service design are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights you may have in your inputs and outputs, subject to applicable law, provider terms, and the rights of others. You grant us the rights necessary to process your requests, operate the service, detect abuse, keep records, and provide support.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information, including Google Sign-In information, is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Lizh AI, you acknowledge that we process information as described there.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lizh AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost credits caused by user-side credential exposure, business interruption, model output errors, provider outages, or unauthorized account activity. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Lizh AI for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Lizh AI after an update means you accept the updated Agreement.
